Spring has officially arrived! Flowers have begun to bloom, the days are slowly getting warmer and the sun has been staying a bit longer each day. I love March because I feel like everything starts to looks alive again, seeing hints of colour everywhere. The fact that March is also the month of my birthday may also contribute to why I get so excited for its arrival!
Here are a few things that I think could add a spring to my step!
1. BUMBLE AND BUMBLE Prêt-à-Powder : This is a style extender, dry shampoo and volumising powder all-in-one. This will make you hair look clean, fresh and voluminous even if you missed a wash or two. Perfect! Less time styling, more time in the sunshine!
2. EQUIPMENT Nude Signature Silk Shirt : What I love about this shirt is that it would be a closet staple for me. It's smart enough that it could be worn to work but I could also wear it with some boyfriend jeans and a pair of heels for a casual lunch.
3. BOBBI BROWN Nectar and Nude Collection : I've put the whole collection on my wish list because I couldn't choose just one item. I think this collection is beautiful, the nude hues including nectars, soft taupes and rich browns are perfect for creating a gorgeous natural looking glow.
4. WHISTLES Renee Structured Trapeze : I love this bag because it has the modern yet timeless shape of the Celine bag just minus the price tag.
5. HOURGLASS Ambient Lighting Blush : I'm usually quite reluctant about trying blush with glitter but I think this range is absolutely gorgeous! I recently tried the dim infusion and I love how it gave me a natural, peachy glow without making me look orange. It also comes in a rose gold case which is beautiful and looks so luxurious.
6. Levi's 501 Boyfriend Jeans : I find jeans such a tricky thing to buy and a lot of searching goes into finding the perfect pair. These are perfect for just casual days when you're doing a bit of running around.
7. H&M Suede Boots : I have a bit of an obsession with ankle boots at the moments. I just find them really comfortable and you can get away with wearing them with practically everything. These boots in particular remind me of the Tory Burch Leena boot just a fraction of the price.
8. J. CREW Floral Pastel Statement Necklace : I'm quite fussy when it comes to jewellery, which is probably why I don't wear a lot of it. I really like the tones of the stones in this necklace as well as the setting. What I love about this necklace is that it would be quite versatile piece for me.
9. NARS Matte Multiple : If these work as well as these claim I could see them becoming a make-up bag essential. You can use them either wet for a smooth, sheer finish or dry for a strong pigmented burst of colour. They are available is a stunning range of shades that will carry you right through to the end of summer.
